At Jump In/ Gravity Force we have always prided ourselves on providing the very best, clean and safe environment for all our guests, big and small. In these uncertain times, we are following official advice on a daily basis, taking extra precautions and adapting our procedures to support social distancing.

Whilst schools remain open, we will continue to offer a fun environment in which kids can exercise and let off steam. Nevertheless, we expect we are days away from a period of shut down.

Until then, we have taken the following measures to enable children to enjoy indoor activity at this time.

We have reduced our session capacity by 50% (60-70 people per session) to support social distancing. The WHO advice is to stay 1m away from people coughing or sneezing – our trampolines are generally 3m wide so following our one person per trampoline rule (which our marshals enforce) achieves this.

Our soft play areas with trampolines will have capacity reduced by 50% (20 people) and the ball pits will be closed.

Our opening hours will be tweaked to allow for additional cleaning. We strongly advise you to book online to ensure your preferred session is running.

Some site-specific activity areas may be closed pending official guidance.

Our cleaning & hygiene measures are already of a high standard and we have allocated more resource to this – trampolines get sprayed with a disinfectant solution at the end of each day and after every session; additional general site cleaning goes on throughout the day.

Use of socks helps minimise skin contact with the trampolines (obligatory).

We’ve put in hand sanitiser (subject to availability) and tissues at contact points around the sites (and we keep replacing them when they are stolen).

Posters are displayed around the sites reminding customers to wash their hands regularly and follow all additional guidelines.

We ask all staff and customers to follow guidelines on managing their health in accordance with Public Health England & NHS Board’s Public Health Department
