After the record breaking success of our 2018 pantomime, ‘Sleeping Beauty’ we are delighted to announce the first confirmed details for 2019.
This Christmas the Camberley Theatre pantomime will be a brand new adaptation of ‘Robin Hood’.
Cast members already confirmed include Kate Hume as Maid Marion. Kate trained at the National Youth Music Theatre and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance where she qualified with a BA Hons in Musical Theatre. She has since performed in many productions from the Edinburgh Festival to international and U.K. tours.
After his superb performance as King Cedric in ‘Sleeping Beauty’, we welcome back Mark Hyde as Friar Tuck. Mark trained at the Bristol Old Vic and has toured throughout the UK, Europe and the USA as well as appearing in the West End.
After his rave reviews in previews years at Camberley Theatre, as Peter Pan and Bottons, we are also thrilled to welcome back Harrison Spiers. This year, Harrison plays the leading role – Robin Hood. Harrison graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with a BA HONS in Musical Theatre and has performed in many roles throughout the U.K. since.
The show will once again be directed by Suzi Budd and will be choreographed by Thomas Andrew Smith. The multi-talented Suzi Budd will also appear as Alana Dale. Suzi is now a regular at the Camberley Theatre pantomime, she has both acted or directed the three last three productions.
Further casting will be announced in the coming weeks.
